If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Five Seasons, you may email us at email@example.com to discuss your issue. You may be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund of the purchase price.
We encourage all customers to take due care to inspect the completeness, quality, and accuracy of the goods that are delivered.
Please note that given the nature if its packaging of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once a product package is opened from its original packaging. A delivery is considered to have been completed if & when:
- the recipient, or a third-party acting knowingly or unknowingly on behalf of the recipient, acknowledges receipt of goods by taking delivery of the products at the given address
- the recipient gives any other instruction (such as leaving the goods unattended at the front door/gate) as a form of acknowledging receipt of the goods.
If there are errors to your order that are brought to our attention prior to a delivery being completed, including:
- incorrect items delivered.
- incorrect quantity of items delivered.
- product damage.
You will be entitled to:
- A full refund on the items that are affected.
- An exchange/replacement of the products at no additional cost to you.
In all cases, we act with your best interests in mind & will take all measures to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

In order to process the refund, you must contact our customer service and provide your name and account information. If you provide incorrect information, we will not be able process your refunds. Refunds can take up to two weeks to appear on your credit card statement. If you have purchased using COD (Cash on Delivery) we will either send you a Cheque or transfer funds directly into your bank account provided by you.
